Do you work with fixed price or time & material?
Both. Smaller projects are usually fixed-scope with a clear delivery milestone. Larger or evolving projects work better on a monthly retainer where we allocate hours to whatever your priorities are that month.
What's included in post-launch support?
Bug fixes, minor content updates, and technical questions via our Slack channel. We don't charge for small things that come up in the first 30–90 days after launch.
Can we start small and expand later?
Absolutely. Many of our clients start with a Starter project and move to a Growth or retainer engagement as their business scales. We design everything to be extensible.
What currencies do you invoice in?
We invoice in EUR for EU clients and RSD for Serbia-based clients. Both include QR payment codes for bank transfers.
How long does a typical project take?
A Starter site takes 3–5 weeks. A Growth project typically runs 8–14 weeks. Timelines depend heavily on how quickly you can provide feedback and content.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign NDAs before sharing any sensitive details. Confidentiality is standard practice for us regardless.
