Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

1. Agreement

By accessing devlique.com or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Devlique provides custom web development, mobile app development, ERP systems, e-commerce solutions, SEO services and related digital services as described on our website.

3. Proposals & Contracts

All work is governed by a separate written project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, that agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom-developed code and design assets specific to your project transfer to you. We retain the right to:

  • Use the project in our portfolio (with your permission)
  • Reuse generic code components, libraries and tooling

Third-party software, plugins and open-source libraries retain their original licenses.

5. Payments

  • Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (typically 14 days)
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
  • We may suspend work on overdue accounts

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for two years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlique's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit, data or business opportunities.

8. Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that the website or software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You are responsible for fees for work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
